Job summary

Allogene Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional planning and execution for pipeline programs. You will partner with Operations Technology, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and QA to ensure disciplined planning, risk management, and milestone delivery.

The role emphasizes CMC knowledge and supports Clinical Development activities as needed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Hybrid work at our South San Francisco HQ is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in biotechnology.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Working knowledge of CMC/development concepts and regulatory CMC requirements.
• Familiarity with Clinical Development processes and lifecycle.
• Cell therapy or biologics exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency with PM tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to plan and execute program activities aligned with corporate goals.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans including timelines and dependencies.
• Maintain risk registries, identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate governance with senior leadership through data-driven analyses and updates.
• Serve as PM contact for CMC and Clinical Development activities across programs.
• Support regulatory filings planning with Regulatory and teams.
• Prepare concise status updates and dashboards for governance forums.
• Manage meeting operations and ensure clear documentation and archiving.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships to resolve issues and optimize delivery.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements across PM.
