Job summary

BridgeBio Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Project Management to support the CMC team, ensuring cross-functional planning, risk mitigation, and proactive resourcing.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners in a hybrid SF role. The candidate should have a strong biotech/pharma project management background, with 10+ years of experience, exceptional planning and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• M.S./B.S. in chemistry or chemical engineering; understanding of drug development required.
• Minimum of 10 years in biotech/pharma project management.
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, innovative environments.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with internal and external groups on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate CMC/QA team activities and deliverables; run weekly meetings.
• Interface with multiple CDMOs to align manufacturing with CMC timelines.
• Draft sections of regulatory filings and coordinate cross-functional reviews.
• Drive long-range and budget planning; collaborate with Legal and Finance on contracts.
• Manage multiple responsibilities concurrently and prioritize effectively.
