Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a dedicated professional to support patient access and reimbursement services across HUB teams. You will manage cases from referral to therapy initiation, conduct benefits investigations, and handle prior authorizations and appeals to ensure timely treatment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a patient-centric approach, with a focus on compliant, HIPAA-conscious interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in patient access, HUB services, reimbursement support, or healthcare case management is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment while meeting service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned patient cases from referral through therapy initiation, ensuring timely progression.
• Conduct benefits investigations to determine coverage and patient financial responsibility.
• Manage prior authorization and appeals, including tracking and follow-up with plans and providers.
• Identify and facilitate enrollment in financial assistance programs.
• Provide education on insurance coverage and next steps in treatment journey.
• Document all case activity accurately in HUB systems per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
