Benchling is seeking a Partner Enablement Program Manager to design and own scalable enablement frameworks for our services partners. You will define readiness, build curricula and certification tracks, and ensure scalable enablement across internal and partner audiences.

You'll collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and Partners to close capability gaps at scale and measure success with clear KPIs. This is a hybrid on-site role with quarterly travel.

Qualifications

• BS or MSc in a life science field and related background.
• Life science background enabling teams serving scientific industries.
• 4+ years in enablement, training, or program management with external audiences (partners, customers, or channel).
• Demonstrated ability to design and build enablement programs from scratch.
• Experience with SI, channel, or implementation partners in SaaS context.
• Experience with eLearning tools and assessment tools (e.g., Articulate Rise 360, Skillable, Questionmark).
• Comfortable facilitating live training for technical and semi-technical audiences.
• Strong content development and ability to author or direct clear enablement materials.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• KCS familiarity or embedding knowledge practices into enablement workflows.

Responsabilités

• Design and own a scalable partner enablement framework: onboarding curriculum, learning tracks, product certification programs, delivery readiness assessments.
• Build tiered partner certification paths aligned to Benchling delivery standards.
• Serve as the primary enablement contact for Benchling’s services partner enablement program.
• Facilitate partner enablement activities: live training sessions, onboarding cohorts, certification workshops.
• Define partner readiness criteria and gate partner-led delivery against demonstrated competency.
• Author and maintain a structured enablement content repository with the Enablement team.
• Work cross-functionally to develop scalable onboarding, product release enablement, and continuous learning programs.
• Define and track partner enablement KPIs: certification attainment, time-to-readiness, delivery quality scores, partner-sourced issue rates.
