Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Union Packaging Operator LG3 for the Mon-Thu 3pm–1:30am shift. You will manage packaging workflows, operate labeling and quality verification equipment, and ensure strict recordkeeping, inventory control, and safety compliance.

You will train peers, follow schedules, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to GMP guidelines and company policies. Strong math, communication, and mechanical aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and math skills for daily calculations.
• Ability to learn GMP/documentation practices and safety rules.
• Experience with plant equipment and basic data entry systems.

• Prepare records, calculations, and documentation for packaging tasks.
