Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an Aseptic Media Prep LG4 for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11:30pm) to support production of high-quality biological products. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain aseptic conditions, and assist in training staff within a large manufacturing environment.

You'll work with SAP/MES systems, perform batch record tasks, and help transfer new processes while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to train others.
Experience with Windows OS.
Knowledge of GMP/Documentation practices.
Ability to work in aseptic environment.

Responsabilités

Prepares, reviews and audits records, calibration, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Reads and follows schedules, procedures, and documents.
Assists in training other employees in area of responsibility.
Assists staff in developing new procedures and methods or improving old ones.
Uses MES, SAP, scanners, printers, scales, and other equipment.
Assists in validation group with equipment validations.
Assigns Batch Numbers to products and Batch Records.
Maintains and operates laboratory equipment including pH meters, OIT, HMIs, and osmometer.
Performs aseptic techniques and sterilization operations.
