Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Proficient computer literacy (Excel, Microsoft); generating reports, emails, shared drives, ordering systems
• Demonstrated ownership of workflows, independently managing processes and driving outcomes
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to be a team player in a cross-functional environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Ship, receive and process packages
• Process and register chemicals in the electronic inventory
• Interact with external vendors to schedule recurring deliveries and/or pickups
• Provide front desk and reception support for visitors and guests
• Maintain kitchen and office refreshments by ordering and restocking snacks, beverages, coffee/tea supplies, utensils, and groceries
• Order and maintain an inventory of office supplies
• Generate and maintain inventory reports for groceries, snacks, drinks, and other supplies
• Office upkeep and general support
• Support the Operations Team with additional requests and projects
