Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Project Management and Operational Excellence in a high-growth organization.
• Education in chemistry, biology, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently across concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Technical project management (50%): act as technical facilitator between groups to distill requirements and ensure deliverables.
• Strategic Operations (20%): support inventory management, financial modeling, and site improvements.
• Facility Management (15%): maintain a world-class, safe workplace.
• Continuous Improvement & Ad Hoc Projects (15%): drive continuous improvement initiatives.
