Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company that builds a sustainable network of high-tech manufacturing solutions. The role focuses on perform­ing preventive and corrective maintenance, reading SOPs, and ensuring proper documentation while adhering to cGMP standards and safety protocols.

The engineer will work with a team in a 12-hour shift schedule and participate in fault analysis, equipment checks, and troubleshooting to sustain site operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand and follow instructions in English.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Capable of keeping accurate records and performing mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Read SOPs and technical documentation excerpts.
• Ensure proper documentation practices during maintenance.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems or facilities.
• Conduct troubleshooting activities.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance actions.
• Monitor equipment performance and respond to deviations.
• Read and interpret diagrams and schematics.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Provide input on replacement parts engineering and create work orders.
