Job summary

Cabaletta Bio in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Technical Development Operations Specialist to enable efficient execution of Technical Development activities through lab planning, scheduling, inventory management, shipping, and operational coordination.

You will partner with Process Development, Analytical Development, MSAT and cross-functional teams to ensure labs are resourced and materials, samples, equipment are available as needed; strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• Approximately 2–3 years in biotech/pharma lab operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain laboratory scheduling across Technical Development teams and shared spaces.
• Translate development plans into executable laboratory schedules with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain inventory management for consumables and materials; forecast material requirements.
• Coordinate shipment and receipt of materials and samples; track equipment status and downtime.
• Support development and maintenance of standard operating processes and templates.
• Assist with capacity and resource planning and produce operational metrics.
