Job summary
Cabaletta Bio, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an Associate Scientist, Analytical Development, on-site to join the Analytical Development Team.
The role covers lifecycle method management, method development and qualification, and analytical testing support for projects at CDMOs and Process Development, with oversight of assay performance. The ideal candidate has a biology degree with 2–4 years of experience, aseptic cell culture skills, and hands-on experience with flow cytometry,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in biology or a closely related discipline.
- Experience with analytical method development and validation.
- Experience with CDMOs, contract testing labs, and GMP/GDP.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and qualify analytical methods for safety, purity, identity, and potency.
- Perform analytical testing and support method development and qualification activities.
- Provide technical oversight to CDMOs and external laboratories.
- Assist monitoring/trending of assay performance and investigate deviations.
- Provide analytical expertise to Process Development, MSAT, Quality & Compliance.
- Author and review method protocols, reports, and documentation per GMP/GDP.
- Present in technical meetings and drive resolution of analytical issues.
