Job summary

Immatics US, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Logistics to lead the warehouse team and ensure compliant material flow from receipt through storage to manufacturing and finished goods shipping. This on-site role in Stafford, TX requires clinical and commercial operations support and strong ERP experience.

You will oversee inventory accuracy, lot traceability, and quarantine/expired materials while driving continuous improvement and KPI tracking across safety, quality, and cost metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field and 5+ years in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field and 7+ years in relevant roles.
• High School degree in related field with 9+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the logistics and warehouse team, setting expectations and accountability.
• Oversee receiving, inspection coordination, put-away, storage, picking, staging, inventory control, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory through lot/location control, FEFO, cycle counting, and expiration management.
• Ensure material availability and movement to manufacturing based on production schedules.
• Develop replenishment strategies including Kanban and reorder points.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety, and regulatory expectations.
