Job summary

SystImmune, Inc. in Redmond/Bothell area seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to sustain lab and building infrastructure in a fast-paced biopharma setting.

You will perform preventive and corrective tasks, manage CMMS work orders, and ensure safety and compliance across critical utility spaces. Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lab support systems, inspecting equipment, and supporting after-hours activities and shutdowns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or related experience.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments is preferred.
• Experience coordinating outside vendors and contractors.
• Ability to read SOPs, manuals, drawings, and safety procedures.
• WA state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and lab support equipment.
• Use CMMS to receive, complete, and document maintenance work orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and respond to requests promptly.
• Support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP systems; conduct rounds and inspections.
• Coordinate vendors, assist with shutdowns, after-hours support, and emergency response.
