Job summary

Syner-G is seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as the owner’s representative on large, complex construction projects, preferably in lab/office or cGMP manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of safe construction practices, with a proven track record in commissioning, project management, and compliance with cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or construction.
• 4–9 years on large, complex engineering projects.
• 3–5 years biotech industry experience with cGMP.
• Experience acting as owner’s representative on large, complex construction projects.
• Experience using CMMS and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner’s representative on large, complex construction projects.
• Oversee multi-employer sites with multiple contractors.
• Guide projects from design through commissioning and handover.
• Review submissions from architectural/engineering teams and suppliers.
• Ensure safety and compliance with cGMP and procedures.
• Coordinate commissioning strategies and SOPs.
• Close out projects with complete documentation and financials.
