Job summary

Syner-G in the United States seeks a senior Project Manager to lead an integrated Verification and C&Q program for large GMP capital projects. You will drive a verification-based approach across design, construction, startup, and turnover, ensuring alignment with ASTM E2500 and industry best practices.

Travel to client sites may be required up to 100%, and you will mentor multidisciplinary teams, manage scope and schedule, and partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to deliver

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in GMP-regulated pharma/biotech projects.
• Experience leading commissioning, qualification, verification programs.
• Experience delivering major GMP facilities from design to turnover.
• Familiarity with ASTM E2500 verification methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated Verification and C&Q program across full lifecycle.
• Develop verification strategies and execution plans.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA, validation, and operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to C&Q teams.
