Job summary

Syner-G seeks a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to provide strategic program leadership across critical product development initiatives supporting next-generation protein sequencing technologies. This role partners with executive leadership and project teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution excellence across a diverse portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years leading complex programs in life sciences, with governance, risk management, and commercialization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive program management experience in biotech/life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior program management leadership across priority product development initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and governance materials.
• Coordinate activities across research, development, operations, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing.
