Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/II IT support for Windows, devices, and SaaS.
• Maintain IT tickets with clear documentation and follow-up.
• Support lab and corporate IT needs across sites.
• Assist with user provisioning and access management.
• Collaborate with vendors for specialized lab systems.
