Husch Blackwell LLP seeks an Intellectual Property Senior Associate or Senior Counsel with at least six years of experience and USPTO registration. The candidate will work with the Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education unit across multiple offices, including the virtual office, The Link.

The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Biotechnology or related field, plus strong experience in patent prosecution, portfolio management, licensing, and due diligence for M&A.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Registered with USPTO; strong academic credentials.
• Bar license in the relevant state or ability to obtain it quickly.
