Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience in Intellectual Property law or related field.
• Registered with USPTO and Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biotechnology Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education practice group across offices, including The Link virtual office.
• Lead global patent prosecution and portfolio management for assigned technologies.
• Provide guidance on freedom to operate, patent clearance, licensing, and other technology transactions; perform due diligence for M&A.
