Qualifications

• Experience in global patent prosecution and portfolio management.
• Experience with licensing and other technology transactions.
• Due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Prosecute patent portfolios globally and manage strategic patent prosecution.
• Advise on freedom-to-operate, patent clearance, and licensing matters.
• Lead due diligence for mergers and acquisitions involving intellectual property.
• Collaborate with Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education teams across offices.
