Janux Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications to lead external engagement with investors, media, and the public. This role shapes the company narrative around scientific progress, financial performance, and strategic priorities.

The incumbent will advise the CEO, Board, and senior stakeholders, guiding investor sentiment, market positioning, and sensitive disclosures in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in investor relations and/or corporate communications in biotech/life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IR and corporate communications strategy aligned with mission, pipeline, and value creation.
• Shape corporate narrative, branding, and messaging to enhance visibility and credibility with investors and media.
• Lead investor engagement events and targeted outreach to institutional investors, analysts, and banks.
• Prepare leadership for investor interactions, including Q&A, FAQs, and briefing materials.
• Oversee earnings materials, investor decks, press releases, website content, and public messaging.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and CEO to ensure accurate, compliant disclosures and communications.
