Novanta Inc. is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to manage communication with our investor community and articulate our business strategy. This strategic role requires strong background in investment banking and experience in public company dynamics.

The right candidate should possess analytical and financial modeling skills, as well as outstanding communication capabilities to support our ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, and/or investor relations.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with institutional investors.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
• Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual earnings materials.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional investors.
