Job summary

Mineralys seeks a senior leader to oversee corporate communications through the transition from clinical to commercial stages. You will build and lead a team, shape messaging, manage brand stewardship, digital presence, and crisis responses, and support investor relations.

You will partner with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory and Finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and effective stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in corporate communications within biotech or pharma.
• Experience in public company environments, product lifecycle communication, and crisis handling.
• Proven ability to craft narratives on complex scientific and financial data, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define messaging for internal and external audiences and manage brand stewardship.
• Oversee external and internal communications, digital presence, and crisis management.
