Job summary

Ardelyx is seeking a Senior Investor Relations Manager to advance the Company's investor relations and corporate communications programs. This high-visibility role collaborates with IR, Corporate Communications, senior leadership, and external service providers to engage investors, analysts, and stakeholders.

You will lead earnings materials, 13F analysis, event planning, and external disclosures, ensuring consistency with Ardelyx's external narrative and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 to 8 years of progressive investor relations, corporate communications, finance, equity research, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of the public markets, SEC disclosure requirements, and the investor relations function.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial, scientific, and operational information into clear, compelling investor-facing materials.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, Regulatory, Commercial, and other business functions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams, competing priorities, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-motivated, intellectually curious and accountable, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IR & Corporate Communications on strategy, priorities, messaging and budgeting.
• Draft and prepare quarterly earnings materials, including releases, scripts, Q&A, and investor presentations.
• Manage responses to investor inquiries, coordinating with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze institutional ownership and shareholder engagement, including 13F analysis.
• Draft investor communications and maintain IR website content for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain IR/Corporate Communications calendars and coordinate earnings cadence, conferences, and events.
• Manage investor relations CRM, generate analytics, and prepare executive briefing materials.
• Coordinate planning and execution of investor events, roadshows, and conferences.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial to ensure accurate external disclosures.
