Janux Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an HR & Talent Coordinator to support a wide range of HR and Talent Acquisition activities, centered on the employee experience from candidate interviews through onboarding and beyond.

The role requires a highly organized, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced biotech environment and enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and handling confidential information with care.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ HR/TA experience with hands-on ownership across multiple HR/TA functions.
• Experience scheduling high-volume interviews within an ATS (Lever preferred).
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.
• On-site interaction with candidates and employees in a biotech setting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple functions and levels.
• Prepare interview materials, candidate packets, and confidentiality agreements.
• Greet and support candidates during onsite interview days.
• Manage interview logistics including rooms, agendas, and catering.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and orientation logistics.
• Enter and audit employee data in HR systems; answer basic HR questions.
