Job summary

Repertoire Immune Medicines, based in Watertown, MA, seeks an Associate Director, Human Resources to build and scale the people infrastructure across the U.S. and Switzerland.

The role covers HR operations, benefits, compliance, talent acquisition, and day-to-day business partnering with functional leaders. This hands-on position executes transactional work while designing scalable processes, policies, and systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with HR operations and business partnership.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Swiss/European employment laws; ERISA experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and Excel; high discretion and communication.
• Biotech or life sciences experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize HR systems (ADP, JazzHR ATS) ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance across both sites.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, immigration and benefits enrollment.
• Partner with Finance on payroll processing and reconciliations; coordinate Swiss payroll adjustments as needed.
• Develop HR dashboards, analytics, and executive reporting for HR leadership.
