Hw3 Llc is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, HR Operations to oversee and optimize HR programs and processes across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced biotech environment.

The role partners with senior leadership to support evolving talent needs, improve recruitment workflows, and ensure compliant, scalable HR operations and programs. A strong HR generalist background and strategic-tactical balance are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience including HR operations, talent acquisition, or broad HR generalist work.
• Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, employee relations, payroll, and HRIS.
• Experience overseeing recruitment processes with external vendors.
• Demonstrated leadership of HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Ability to partner with managers and senior leadership on HR matters.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
• Oversee benefits administration, enrollment, leave management, vendor relations, and programs.
• Manage HRIS administration, data integrity, reporting, and improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Payroll for accurate payroll processing and changes.
• Guide employees and managers on relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Oversee talent acquisition operations and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Improve recruitment workflows, interview processes, and candidate experience.
• Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and reporting.
• Lead HR initiatives in process optimization, systems, and employee experience.
• Support organizational planning and cross-functional HR projects with senior leadership.
