• 3–5+ years of HR experience in coordinator/generalist roles.
• Experience supporting recruiting and interview coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiting logistics.
• Manage scheduling and candidate communications.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
• Assist with benefits administration and inquiries.
• Support performance review cycles and HR programs.
• Coordinate employee events, meetings, and engagement initiatives.
• Update HR documentation and playbooks.
• Provide general HR administrative support and project coordination.
