Planet Pharma is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator/Generalist to support a growing HR function in a fast-paced biotech startup environment. You will partner with the Director of HR and assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, and performance management administration while contributing to people-related projects.

The role offers flexibility and a chance to influence HR programs, employee events, and documentation as the company expands.

Competenze

• 3-5+ years in HR coordination or generalist roles.
• Experience supporting recruiting and interview coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

• Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiting logistics.
