Made Scientific, a U.S.-based CDMO, is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations, ensure safety, and optimize facility performance in a regulated setting. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, while coordinating budget and vendor activities.

The role demands 5+ years of mid-to-senior facilities experience in pharma/biotech, strong leadership, and project management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in regulated industries (pharma/biotech) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train facilities staff to ensure safety and performance.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and quality issues.
• Manage budgets and coordinate with external contractors for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments on engineering projects and facility improvements.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
