Job summary

Piper Companies seeks a Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate for a biotech company in Eden Prairie, MN. The role centers on maintaining equipment lifecycle records, calibration and maintenance scheduling, and coordinating vendor services.

Contribute to system validation, change control, and documentation to ensure inspection readiness and data integrity. GMP exposure and CMMS experience, e.g., Blue Mountain RAM, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vendors and managing stakeholder communications.
• Experience with equipment lifecycle management, maintenance, calibration and asset management.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment maintenance, calibration, and tracking systems and records.
• Manage preventive maintenance, calibration, and vendor service schedules.
• Coordinate external vendor services, site logistics, and communication between vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain equipment documentation and records in an inspection-ready state.
• Support system validation, upgrades, and change control processes.
• Manage vendor-related documentation including quotes, POs, contracts, and COI.
