Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, Associate degree with 5+ years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years in equipment lifecycle management.
• Experience working with vendors and managing stakeholder communications.
• Experience with equipment tracking, maintenance, calibration, asset management, or CMMS systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical device environments preferred.
• Experience with Blue Mountain RAM (BMRAM), CMMS platforms, or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment maintenance, calibration, and tracking systems to ensure accurate status, schedules, and records.
• Manage preventive maintenance, calibration, and vendor service schedules with on-time completion.
• Coordinate external vendor services, site logistics, and communication between vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain equipment documentation, certificates, manuals, and records in an inspection-ready state.
• Support system administration, user access management, validation activities, upgrades, and change control processes; manage vendor-related documentation (quotes, purchase orders, contracts, COIs).
• Track warranty-related issues, equipment returns, exchanges, and resolutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements related to systems, documentation, and vendor management.
