Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate to support a leading biotechnology company focused on innovative therapies and bioengineered organ technologies. This onsite role is in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

You will manage equipment maintenance, calibration, asset tracking, vendor schedules, and validation activities across GMP environments, partnering with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance to drive compliance and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate/HS with required years of experience.
• Experience in GMP-regulated biotech/pharma/medical device environments.
• Familiar with calibration, preventive maintenance, equipment documentation, and data integrity.
• Experience managing vendor service schedules and inspection readiness.
• Familiarity with system validation, user access administration, and change control processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and asset tracking systems.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration schedules, and vendor service activities.
• Monitor open work orders, vendor documentation, and compliance records for GMP adherence.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and system access controls in equipment management platforms.
• Support system validation efforts, upgrades, testing, configuration changes, and change control processes.
• Coordinate vendor visits, site access, and logistics with safety, security, and quality requirements.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance.
