Mosaic Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to run and optimize our digital channels, turning traffic into qualified leads. You will own search visibility, website experience, paid media, email, and social programs, while supporting growth in Europe.

The role blends creative storytelling with analytics, reporting to the Marketing Director. This two-person team collaborates across marketing, business development, and scientific teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably B2B in biotech or life sciences.
• Hands-on SEO and Google Ads with measurable ROI.

Responsabilités

• Lead SEO strategy for mosaicbio.com including content briefs.
• Own AI-driven search strategies (AEO/GEO) and monitor AI presence.
• Manage website pages, build landing pages, and improve conversions.
• Oversee paid media, Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, touchpoints in Salesforce.
• Coordinate paid placements with partners and support email campaigns.
• Report on traffic, MQLs, conversion, CPL, and pipeline.
