Job summary

The role includes project planning and execution from concept through launch, with emphasis on design control compliance, schedule, risk, resources, budget, and decision-making. The position may be based locally in Cincinnati or performed remotely, with travel as required to support project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business administration required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional product development.
• Experience with FDA-regulated medical device development and design control.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables, and manage projects.
• Develop accurate project plans and timelines and communicate with teams.
• Track performance and ensure on-time task completion.
• Facilitate cross-functional project team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
