Job summary

You will bridge bench data generation and organizational decision-making, building scalable data solutions with wet-lab and computational teams. Responsibilities include dashboards, AI-enabled analytics, data curation, and data ecosystem management across LIMS, SharePoint, and AWS, ensuring data quality and reproducibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, bioinformatics, computational biology, data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, scientific informatics, or a related role within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or a research-intensive environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and at least one analytical programming language, such as Python or R.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, or comparable platforms.
• Experience working with cloud-based data environments and scientific data systems; familiarity with AWS, LIMS, and SharePoint is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Visualization & Dashboards: Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex research data to diverse audiences.
• AI enablement: Design and deploy agentic AI tools to streamline bottlenecks and improve data access.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide analyses to identify trends and generate actionable insights for experiments.
• Data Curation & Standardization: Organize data into structured, standardized formats with emphasis on quality and traceability.
• Data Best Practices & Scientific Communication: Counsel wet-lab scientists on data capture and documentation.
• Data Ecosystem Management: Maintain data ecosystem across LIMS, SharePoint, and AWS.
