Twist Bioscience Corporation seeks a customer support representative to deliver concierge-level, white-glove support to customers in the biotech domain, collaborating with account managers, field scientists, and technical support staff.

You will drive high customer satisfaction, manage inquiries, process orders, and provide proactive updates throughout production, leveraging Salesforce and G-Suite to ensure accurate, timely information.

Formación

• 1–2 years biotech industry experience.
• 2+ years customer-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve product, service and order inquiries via email, chat and phone by identifying the cause, collaborating on a solution, presenting it to the customer and following up for satisfaction.
• Process sales purchase orders by entering and validating information in systems and resolve errors; some orders require knowledge of Twist’s products.
• Provide information to help customers decide which product to buy, navigate our ecommerce site, and understand order status.
• Stay current on the status of key account orders in production and provide proactive updates to internal stakeholders.
• Generate sales quotes for sales reps within Salesforce quote-to-cash system.
• Adhere to QMS/ISMS standards and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.
