Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Corporate Compliance Officer in San Diego, California. This individual will lead and oversee the corporate compliance program, ensuring alignment with laws and industry standards in the biotech sector.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, especially focused on international trade compliance involving Europe and/or Japan. Responsibilities include developing compliance policies, providing strategic guidance, and managing vendor compliance oversight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compliance experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing compliance programs.
• Deep knowledge of compliance laws and industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and improve the corporate compliance program.
• Provide compliance guidance on commercialization planning.
• Oversee compliance with U.S. and foreign export controls.
