Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager in Global Trade Compliance to lead the enterprise framework for screening and due diligence across OFAC and BIS rules. You will guide clinical valuations, coordinate true-up processes, and drive data-driven, scalable compliance using AI and analytics.

You will collaborate with legal, finance, and operations globally, shaping Amgen's trade compliance program while advancing ethics and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor/Associate with related compliance experience.
• Expertise in BIS & OFAC sanctions and 50% rule concepts.
• Experience in ownership due diligence and complex ownership structures.
• Familiarity with sanctions screening platforms and data tools.
• Proven investigations, remediation and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise framework for counterparty screening under OFAC/BIS rules.
• Oversee global clinical trial valuations and annual true-up processes.
• Apply AI/analytics to enhance monitoring, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional teams across regulatory, legal, and business units.
• Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and product launches with compliance.
• Drive multiple complex initiatives and foster ethical culture.
