Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in compliance or screening operations, risk management, regulatory affairs, audit, law, or a related field.
• Master's degree and 4 years of experience in compliance or screening operations, risk management, regulatory affairs, audit, law, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in compliance or screening operations, risk management, regulatory affairs, audit, law, or a related field.
• Associate's degree and 10 years of experience in compliance or screening operations, risk management, regulatory affairs, audit, law, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead key elements of Amgen's global trade compliance program across sanctions, export controls, and screening.
• Oversee global clinical trial customs valuation program and annual true-up process.
• Drive innovation with AI, analytics, and digital tools to improve efficiency and risk detection.
• Support additional trade compliance initiatives and enterprise projects.
• Provide trade compliance support for strategic initiatives and product launches.
• Lead multiple complex initiatives in a dynamic global environment.
• Foster ethics, integrity, and continuous improvement across the organization.
