Qualifications

• PhD/masters/bachelors/associate with compliance or regulatory emphasis.
• Experience in compliance, screening operations, risk management, regulatory affairs, audit, or law.
• Familiarity with global sanctions, export controls, and screening platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise framework for screening counterparties, transactions, and ownership structures under OFAC BIS rules.
• Oversee global clinical trial customs valuation program and annual true-up process.
• Apply data-driven decision making and advanced analytics to improve risk detection and efficiency.
• Support multiple enterprise projects and cross-functional collaborations.
• Foster ethics, integrity, and continuous improvement across the organization.
