Job summary

Ten Bridge Communications, a Boston-based strategic communications agency, seeks an Account Manager to support multiple biotech client accounts and collaborate with senior leaders. The role centers on messaging, media relations, investor communications, digital strategy, and content development across social, web, and press materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding project management skills.
• 4+ years of experience in communications/PR; agency experience preferred.
• Passion for immersing oneself in the biotech industry.
• Desire to build and nurture a culture of collaboration and growth; think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key team member supporting efforts across multiple client accounts, working with senior account leaders.
• Ensure smooth, timely and accurate project management across accounts and multiple projects; keep leads updated.
• Develop content for social media, websites, press releases, and media materials.
• Conduct media outreach and research; proof materials.
• Manage client and internal Ten Bridge review processes.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align on project variables and timelines.
• Participate in daily and weekly client interactions and meetings.
• Understand the multiple aspects of our work and mentor Communications Associates.
