Job summary

LifeSci Partners is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join LifeSci Communications within our life sciences agency. You will help shape corporate and product communications, support patient and physician audiences, and contribute to strategies that elevate client storytelling.

Work with cross-functional teams across geographies to manage client expectations, develop messaging across channels, and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or communications.
• Experience in biotech/pharma communications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in scientific reporting.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing corporate communications strategy and materials (messaging documents, press releases, presentations).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients across geographies and manage expectations.
• Develop and implement messaging across channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Understand client science and competitive landscape to provide counsel.
• Collaborate with LifeSci Communications and other departments to execute plans.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and ensure reports comply with guidelines.
