Job summary

MP Biomedicals is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to develop and grow strategic channel partnerships in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, research, and life sciences markets. The role acts as the primary liaison between MP Biomedicals and its distributors, resellers, and alliances in the United States.

The candidate will build channel strategies, recruit and onboard partners, establish executive-level relationships, and drive revenue through consultative selling and joint plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel sales and partner management.
• Ability to develop and execute channel strategies.
• Proven track record in revenue growth via partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage distribution partners and resellers.
• Establish executive-level relationships with channel partners and key customers.
• Create joint business plans with partners, including sales objectives and metrics.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, rebates, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service.
• Support product launches and channel enablement programs.
• Represent MP Biomedicals at industry events.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and optimize investments.
