Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, project management, R&D, or related field.
• Interest in biotechnology, drug development, and life sciences industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Organizational and time management skills with a self-motivated approach.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new biotech companies and potential customers.
• Conduct outreach to establish new business relationships.
• Qualify prospects and convert them into sales-ready leads.
• Follow up on marketing inquiries and nurture opportunities.
• Build knowledge of the company's biologics capabilities.
• Collaborate with Market Intelligence and Technical Sales.
• Support conference planning and trade show activities.
• Utilize lead-generation platforms to identify opportunities.
