Job summary

NJ Bio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development to lead the company’s CRO/CDMO growth initiatives in the Greater Boston region, with a focus on ADCs, AOCs, linker-payloads, and related modalities.

You will identify and cultivate new client relationships, expand strategic accounts, and translate market opportunities into scalable revenue, working with R&D, operations, and commercial teams. This role requires traveling domestically and internationally, representing NJ Bio at

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development and strategic partnerships in CRO/CDMO or biotech.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and expanding strategic accounts.
• Experience with partnerships, licensing, or collaborations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify and develop new clients, markets, and revenue opportunities.
• Lead BD and sales efforts for CRDMO offerings and bioconjugates.
• Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers.
• Manage the BD pipeline including qualification, forecasting, and conversion.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
