Formación

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or related roles within a CRO/CDMO, biotech, or pharmaceutical organization.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
• Experience with strategic partnerships, licensing, collaborations or technology commercialization is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the company’s business development and commercial strategy in line with corporate objectives.
• Identify and develop new clients, markets, strategic accounts, partnerships, and revenue opportunities at biotech and pharma companies.
• Lead business development and sales efforts for ADC/AOC and other bioconjugates, linker-payload synthesis, cGMP manufacturing, FTE services, and related CRDMO offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision makers at biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
• Develop and manage the BD pipeline, including qualification, forecasting, prioritization, and conversion.
• Drive expansion of existing accounts through cross-selling and strategic relationships.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, partnering meetings, and client engagements.
