Qualifications

• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or life-science services with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to translate scientific capabilities into customer value and messaging.
• Experience launching or scaling a scientific service offering.

Responsibilities

• Define target profiles and account strategies for Translational Services.
• Build and manage the commercial pipeline from outreach to contracts.
• Lead customer visits and strategic presentations with site leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions from BD to execution.
• Develop integrated solutions addressing customer needs across discovery and development.
• Travel to client sites, conferences, and cross-site meetings (>50%).
