Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in biotechnology or related field required.
• Ten years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with credentials acceptable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences preferred.
• BioWork certificate or related instructional experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Teach biotechnology and workforce training loads including BioWork.
• Facilitate labs and classroom instruction with 26–30 weekly contact hours.
• Prepare materials and labs aligned with curriculum outcomes.
• Maintain records of grades, attendance, and progress.
• Develop and update course materials to current industry standards.
• Ensure safe learning environments and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in program leadership, assessment, and outreach.
