Job summary

Benchling, the AI platform for biotech R&D, is hiring a Solutions Delivery Manager to translate product capabilities into effective, field-ready solutions for our customers.

You will partner with product, enablement, and delivery teams, work directly with clients in chemistry-focused domains, and help scale Benchling’s solution assets across the CX organization.

This role requires scientific domain knowledge, strong collaboration, and a bias for delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in medicinal chemistry or PD chemistry, ideally both.
• Fluency with a chemistry-focused lab informatics tool.
• Knowledge of Benchling's Platform and solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Navigate a budding product area through to market adoption with internal teams and customers.
• Serve as a key advisor on customer accounts in scientific and product spaces.
• Deliver services and oversee engagements to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Build a roadmap of solution assets to deliver value across the CX org.
• Train and educate the CX organization through documentation and enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate across CX to reflect customer learnings into assets.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy to align on product messaging.
